Who am I?
I’m Sam Suski — former Army Officer with the 173rd Airborne Division.
In the Army, I lived and breathed discipline and fitness. Constant high-intensity training, ruck marches, and pushing limits were the standard. I thrived on it… until I didn’t. The relentless overexertion led to full-on burnout — physically drained, mentally foggy, and questioning if this was sustainable long-term.
Even after transitioning to civilian life, the cycle continued: extreme programs, short bursts of progress, then crashing hard.
After years of trial and error, I finally built a system that works — one that keeps me strong, lean, and energized year-round without the exhaustion or burnout.
