Who am I?
I'm Sam Suski — former Army Officer with the 173rd Airborne Brigade.
In the Army, I lived and breathed discipline and fitness. Constant high-intensity training, ruck marches, and pushing limits were the standard. I thrived on it… until I didn't. The relentless overexertion led to burnout — physically drained, mentally foggy, and questioning whether any of it was sustainable.
Over time I realized the problem ran deeper than overtraining. I'd built my whole identity on performance — my title, my output, what other people thought of me. That foundation wasn't built to last, and rebuilding it taught me more than any workout ever did.
Through years of trial and error, I learned how to train and eat in a way I could sustain for life — and, just as importantly, how to ground my identity in something steady: who God says I am.
The resources here are the tools I wish I'd had back then — for your body, your mind, and your faith. I'm sharing them free so you can skip the struggle, avoid the traps I fell into, and build something real and lasting.
